I was also extremely impressed by the fact that you kept every promise you made to me, that you started on time and finished the project earlier than projected, and that the work was quality in all its aspects. As a hospital administrator, I often deal with vendors that over promise and under deliver, so I was somewhat skeptical when we initially talked.
